By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. As a guild member you are an individual who adds your attributes to strengthen the team as a whole. Being in Paradox you are not only representing yourself but all of us. Having said this there will be no tolerance for negative behavior such as name calling and such in public events. We will take the high road in all situations. Let them behave as children. It reflects on them. If at any time a guild member has an issue with another member by all means please come to your GM or assistant GMs. Never think your voice should not or won't be heard. Each of you are important and no one should be miserable. We are here to have fun and enjoy the comradery. As well, this is a given but it will be recommended to check the forum at least once a day. Many of us are on at random times and not everyone gets updated info in our very active guild chats. There will be posts and threads on any current and important decisions, events and other activities here. There is a thread for us to post if one of us will be offline, vacation or if someone will not be on for a particular event. That way no one wonders IF you will be on. Any and all suggestions are welcome. There is a thread for that as well. There is an open door policy in this guild. Due to the amount of members and how pulled the GM can be posting your suggestions and feelings will be very helpful to keep each other updated. We are all mature and do not need a plethora of rules and stipulations placed on us. Just work hard, show up, dedicate yourself and treat each other with respect. You all bring a skill to the table. No one is more important than the other.
